Joined : 08/10/2015 When I joined  to Inworldz, the first thing I noticed was the friendship of the world's residents. This friendship is still preserved and I'm sure that thanks to this feature Inworldz will live! In Inworldz, I opened my store with my creations. It was nice that my creations was be used for in performances of the Golden Touch Theater. This theater is one of the most interesting sights of this world. I joined InWorldz on August 14, 2010.    It was the first place I really got into making my own creations.   There have been so many wonderful people, places, groups, events.  I will cherish all the memories.  I am grateful to have been a part of it all.   Here are a few of my memories ... Above photo was from the first party we had at our region, on my Meadow parcel, in October 2010.  All the guys had that same freebie elf outfit :D   The Sidhevairs came to InWorldz soon after we did.  Wonderful Faelven community   One of the first things I did in InWorldz was make an ice skating arena in the sky.  It started out as a building platform and then somehow mountains sprouted around the edges and next thing I knew I had a year round winter haven, which has continued to present. Castle Marlar, in its early days.   A truly amazing region. My first InWorldz bir...

Inworldz provided me with a viable virtual world art platform where the low costs enabled me to create virtual, not possible in Real Life artwork on a scale, and with a freedom of experiment that was not possible back in Second Life. For example my "Lonely Tower" work would have cost up of 5000L to even begin to create, because of the very number of in world images images I had to take. Simply not having to pay for each and every texture as I experimented with effects was liberating. Add to that the prim limits on the sim being twice that of SL, meant that I could keep out multiple versions of very complex builds as i thought and considered what to do with each. For the same investment in SL i was unable to even keep even one such build out at a time AND still have a full gallery on show for visitors and purchasers. IW also became the place I met and got to know some extraordinary people, some close friends and was able to take part in community and art related events. ...

Joined IW August 24, 2010  (Huh, almost 8 years to the day.  Who knew?) IW was special for all the good friends and all the good times.  And most especially for KIttydog and for Ivan, the love of my life.     Ivan and I haven't decided where we are going yet but I'll update when we do.

Joined IW : 7 September 2010 Still in SL, also on Discovery Grid. Trying to revive an old account on 3rd Rock Grid. On OSGrid as Summer Meadow I've just joined Discovery, so can't comment about it, but IW was, for me, the only real alternative to SL. For one thing it went its own way with the tech underlying it, especially the physics. I always felt the Founders were prepared to listen to the residents in a way  LL wasn't. I've attached three pics from my profile, but check out my albums on Flickr:  https://www.flickr. com/photos/francesca_alva/ albums     There are 5 devoted to InWorldz. I joined InWorldz about six years ago, having been invited by my friend Teal Freenote. I fell in love with the place almost immediately, with its much more affordable regions, free uploads, and most especially its amazing community. Teal and I quickly grew closer, and spent more and more time together, partnering just a couple of months later. The years since have seen us build many regions, not least of which our private home which has been incredibly special and magical to us. The loss of InWorldz was heartbreaking and brutally fast, with too little time to save much of what we created, let alone say goodbye to our treasured virtual home. We can now be found back on Second Life, under the same avatar names, though our focus this year is on immigration visas and being together in real life.
